The congress is held in an attractive and renowned space of the Yugoslav Film Archive, in the heart of Belgrade. The Yugoslav Film Archive is a cultural institution of national importance that has an exceptional space and thus meets the multifunctional requirements for organizing large events, such as the Second International Congress SUSTAINABLE ARCHITECTURE - ENERGY EFFICIENCY, with a complex array of accompanying programs and exhibitions. The Yugoslav Film Archive is located in the very center of Belgrade, in Uzun Mirkova Street no. 1. It is surrounded by numerous cultural and tourist attractions

such as the Belgrade Philharmonic,Ethnographic Museum, Rectorate of the University of Belgrade, Library of the City of Belgrade, National Theater, National Museum and many art galleries. Nearby are Knez Mihailova Street, the main pedestrian zone in Belgrade, as well as the Kalemegdan Fortress.
